Five people, and nothing falling through.
A small team runs on a spreadsheet and everybody's mobile for a surprisingly long time. It stops working the day two people ring the same customer, or the day somebody leaves and their calls leave with them.
For a handful of people sharing a list and a phone between them.
Four things that cost you, and what happens instead.
Every answer has a page of its own with the thing running on it. Follow any of them if you would rather see it than read about it.
The list is a spreadsheet
It lives on one laptop, or in three versions with slightly different rows. Two people ring the same person on the same morning, and the line that says called him, not interested is only on one of the copies.
Your spreadsheet, brought in once
Upload the file, check the columns landed where you meant them to, and start. Two rows with the same email address or the same number are spotted on the way in, so you do not import your duplicates along with your customers. After that it is one list everybody is looking at.
See bulk importCalls happen on personal mobiles
Your customers have your reps' mobile numbers. When one of them leaves, the relationship and every call they ever made walk out with them, and nobody can even ring that customer back from a number they will recognise.
Numbers that belong to the business
You buy the numbers here and they stay yours. Calls go out from them and come back to them, the record of every call stays with the business, and when somebody leaves you point their number somewhere else that same afternoon.
See phone numbersA phone system is a project
You looked at one properly once. It came with handsets, an installer, a contract and a form about moving your numbers, so you decided the mobiles were fine for now. They are not fine. They are just here.
Nothing to install
The phone is a tab in the browser. There is no handset to buy, nothing to plug in and nobody to send out. Somebody signs in and can take a call, and can move that same call onto a desk phone later if they decide they want one.
See extensions & webphoneNobody has time to run the tool
There is no admin, because the person who would set it up is also the person selling. Anything that needs a fortnight of setting up before it does anything useful will never actually get set up.
Useful on the first afternoon
Bring the list in, buy a number, start calling. Who was rung, when, how long it took and how it ended fills itself in from the very first call, without anybody having to set that part up, so the record is worth reading by the end of week one.

By how big you are
Send us your spreadsheet.
We will bring it in while you watch, get you a number, and have you making calls off it before the meeting is over. If the columns are a mess, that is the interesting part rather than the awkward one.
