Adoptiv
The self-writing CRM

Your reps should be talking, not typing.

Adoptiv is a predictive dialer and a complete CRM in one system. Voicemails never reach a headset, and the call is already on the right record while the phone is still ringing.

Every support chat is read by somebody who works here. No bots, no tiers, and no queue that puts a four-seat account behind a four-hundred-seat one.

The problem

Two vendors, one conversation, and a rep in the middle.

Most floors run a dialer from one company and a CRM from another, joined by an integration nobody owns. Every seam costs talk time, and every seam is somewhere data goes missing.

Calls logged by hand
Typed at 6pm, from memory, badly.
A sync nobody owns
Two vendors, one integration, no support path.
Recordings elsewhere
A manager cannot find the call that matters.
Two seats per rep
Paying twice to have one conversation.
The whole idea

The dialer talks to the CRM because they are the same system.

The platform

Five jobs, one system. It opens the lines at nine, drops the voicemails, writes the record while your rep is still talking, chases the follow-up at six - and hands you the numbers that prove it.

Every panel below is live - drive each one

01Talk1/5

Reps hear a voice, not a ringtone. Predictive pacing opens the lines; detection drops the machines before a headset ever rings. Hold, transfer and end the call yourself.

The way you left the table is the way you find it.

Columns, the order you dragged them into, their widths, the filters and the sort all save together under a name. Keep one to yourself, or share it with a team. Click through the views - the table really re-sorts.

A link your client opens without an account.

Publish a dashboard to a read-only link and send it. No login for them, no seat to pay for, and nothing to install. The link is scoped to that one dashboard and to reading it, and it carries an expiry from the day you make it.

And you keep the keys

Revoke it the moment the engagement ends.

Every link carries an expiry, seven days unless you say otherwise and a year at the outside, and it can be killed on the spot. The token itself is 32 random bytes and only its SHA-256 is ever stored - so a leaked database does not leak a dashboard. Generate and revoke it here; the states are the product's.

Built for volume. Every number below comes out of the product itself. Customer averages arrive when customers agree to be named.

Who it's for

Built for floors where the phone is the job.

The platform assumes calling is the day's work rather than a step in it. Four shapes of floor buy it, and each leans on a different half of the same system.

BPOs & outsourced centres

A client organisation each, walled off from one another, with their own numbers and their own pipelines. Inside any one of them the role tree and the sharing rules decide who sees which records.

  • Client accounts under yours
  • Roles and sharing rules
  • Numbers per client

In-house outbound floors

Predictive pacing with compliance controls, and queue figures a supervisor reads while the calls are happening rather than in yesterday’s export.

  • Predictive pacing
  • Listen, whisper, barge
  • Live queue figures

Inbound support desks

Queues with skills-based routing, callbacks and VIP priority, plus a drag-and-drop IVR a manager can change without raising a ticket.

  • Skills routing
  • IVR builder
  • Callbacks

Revenue operations

Calls and deals in one database, on the same lead, so nobody is reconciling two vendors’ exports to work out which conversation moved which deal.

  • One record for both
  • Dashboards and saved views
  • Inbound webhooks
Where you can call from

A number that looks local, in the country you are selling into.

Buy a local number where your buyers are, point it at the same flows and queues as every other number you own, and text from it without a second tool. Some countries ask for proof of a local address or a registered business before a number is issued. That is their rule rather than ours, and we tell you which ones before you order.

How numbers are bought
140+
countries with local numbers

Local, national, toll-free and mobile, searched live against carrier inventory.

Same
number for calls and texts

Messaging runs on the number you already bought, in the same thread as the call.

1
place it all lands

An overseas number points at the same flows, queues and people as a local one.

Support

A person answers. Every time, on every plan.

There is no support bot on this platform and no tier that decides how long you wait. You open the chat, somebody who works here reads it, and we hold ourselves to picking it up inside 60 seconds during US business hours. Outside them we answer as fast as somebody is awake.

No bots

Not a bot that hands over when it gives up. The first reply is a person, and it is the same person for the rest of the conversation.

Inside 60 seconds

That is a commitment we make during US business hours, not an average we measured. Outside them, as fast as somebody is awake.

No priority tier

A four-seat account and a four-hundred-seat account are in the same queue, read by the same people, in the order they arrived.

The awkward ones too

Pacing ratios, abandonment, what a migration really costs and what happens to your recordings the day you leave.

Work it out

How much of your floor's day is spent not talking?

Your numbers, and the arithmetic on screen.

The arithmetic
  1. 360 min paid, minus 90 logging = 270 working.
  2. 35% of that working time is conversation = 95 min.
  3. Paced, with logging automated, 68% of the full 360 is conversation = 245 min.

Planning figures, not a guarantee, and not a measurement of anybody's floor. Every number in this calculation is one you set, including both talk shares. We have put no assumption of our own into it. Nothing here is a customer average, and no customer has been measured to produce it.

Trust

What we can prove, and what we can't yet.

Recordings and transcripts are the most sensitive thing on the platform. The controls below are in place today. The SOC 2 report is the one item on this list we cannot hand you yet, and it is on the list anyway.

The hard questions

You're skeptical. Good.

The ones that come up on every call, answered the way we answer them when nobody is selling.

Yours isn't here?

Bring it to the demo - the awkward ones are the point.

Talk to sales

One platform that combines a predictive dialer, a complete CRM and an AI layer that works on the calls - built for high-volume outbound teams, BPOs and call centres rather than small inside-sales teams.

The self-writing CRM

Bring one campaign and a headset.

Half an hour on your own list settles this faster than any page about it. You dial your own numbers, you watch the record fill in behind the call, and you leave knowing whether this is the system your floor should be running on.

14-day trial · no card · migration included
