DID Reputation
A number has a working life, and this is where you watch it: the health score carrier databases hold against it, whether it shows a name or a spam label, the ramp a new one starts on, and the rest a burned one gets.

How it works.
A score against each number
Every DID carries a health score read from carrier and analytics databases, its Spam Likely status, and whether CNAM is showing your name at all. Answer-seizure ratio and connect rate trend beside it, per number, campaign, list and area code.
A new number eases in
One fresh from the carrier is not put in front of a full list on its first morning. The warm-up engine raises what it carries on a set schedule, seven days out of the box, and the panel states where it has got to: day two of seven.
A cold number is rested
Drop under the answer rate you called critical, or pick up a label, and that number goes inactive while the clean ones absorb what it was carrying. It returns when the scores recover, and you can hold or pull any of them by hand.
Registered, then propagated
CNAM and branded-calling registration are submitted from here, and the display name appears once the carriers next refresh their lookups. That cadence belongs to them, so registering is a submission with a wait behind it, not a switch.
One moment in every call.
Every call passes through the same seven. DID Reputation is the lit one, and everything either side of it is a different page in this category.

8 facts- Signals
- Health score per number, Spam Likely status, and whether CNAM shows a name
- Warm-up
- A ramp on new numbers, seven days by default, reported as day two of seven
- Thresholds
- A critical answer rate starting at forty per cent and the label rules beside it, set per caller-ID group or per campaign
- Rotation
- Under threshold a number rests; clean numbers absorb what it was carrying
- Override
- Any number can be held live or pulled by hand, whatever its score says
- Not the ranker
- Ranking picks a number for one call; the pool it picks from is decided here
- Directional
- Third-party signals, reporting what carrier databases held at query time
- No guarantee
- Neither a call being delivered nor a spam label coming off is promised
What runs alongside it.
Volume calling is several controls working at once, not one dial turned up. These are the others.
