Custom Fields
The thing your business tracks that no CRM ships with. Choose a type, write a label, and it stands on leads, deals, products or vendors, stored beside the record rather than in a table somebody has to migrate first.
Adding a field to the lead layout
type: dropdownProduct figures from the platform’s own defaults - not customer averages
How it works.
The label is what you write
You type the human label and the internal name is derived from it, lowercased down to letters, digits and underscores. A name one of your own fields already holds is turned away, as is anything that would collide with a built-in column.
Four record types, one mechanism
Leads, deals, products and vendors each keep their own set. Values are written into a JSON column on the record itself, so adding a field costs no table and no migration.
Rules held lightly, on purpose
A field can carry a minimum, a maximum, a maximum length, a default and a list of options. The shape of a date, a number, a currency, a phone, a URL, an address and a yes-or-no is tested against its type as the record is written.
Removing one leaves what it collected
Delete the definition and the stored values stay on the records that had them, which means a field recreated under the same name finds its old answers waiting. Removing the whole section is what clears them.
One moment in every record.
Every record passes through the same seven. Custom Fields is the lit one, and everything either side of it is a different page in this category.

The specifics.
8 facts- Types
- Eleven: text, number, date, boolean, two pickers, url, email, phone, currency and file
- Offered
- All eleven on the picker, the file type among them
- Applies to
- Leads, deals, products and vendors, each with an independent set
- Stored as
- A JSON column on the record, keyed by the field name
- Sections
- Optional, and none exist until you cut one, so a first field lands in nothing
- Checked
- By type, as the record is written. Free text is taken as typed, having no shape to check
- Required
- Marked on the field, held by the form and checked again when the record is saved
- No uniqueness
- Nothing prevents two records holding the same value in the same field
What else writes to this record.
A record is worked by more than one part of the system at once. These are the ones that put something on it, or read it back.

11 capabilitiesThe system of record the phone writes to directly - no sync job.
Unlimited pipelines, each with its own stages, win probability, colour and temperature. Seven seeded, and every stage change writes itself onto the deal.
Create the stages your floor argues about, colour them, order them and rate them hot, warm or cold, while six fixed categories keep the reporting stable.
Ten sources seeded and sealed, your own added beside them, each with a colour and a live count, and one stamped across a whole import rather than per row.
Columns, sorts, filters and layout save together and hand to a CRM role, so a new starter opens the same board instead of rebuilding it every morning.
Tick rows and reassign, export, delete or enrol them at once, filtered per record by permission, so a mixed selection returns a verdict per row.
Matched on normalised email then phone, at the moment a record is written, so the duplicate is caught on the way in rather than found in a report later.
Every field change on a record with both values, beside the notes, mail, tasks and deal links against it, assembled as it happens rather than typed up later.
Calls, voicemails, emails and texts merged into one chronological history per lead, attached by the number they reached, with duration and the wrap-up code.
Tasks with assignees, reminders, comments and templates, raised by hand or by a sequence, and the only CRM object that leaves the app to find someone.
A role tree, sixteen org-level flags, per-entity CRUD and sharing rules across branches - so a BPO runs several clients on one tenant, safely.
Ten measures over six windows, with attainment read from won deals and logged work the moment you open the target rather than filed by hand or overnight.
The rest of the platform.
Five more categories, all on the same record and the same bill. Each card names three of its capabilities, so you can tell from here whether it is worth opening.
