Every dial ends in a code you can defend
Adoptiv is the dialling and record layer under your CATI script, not the script itself. Preview dialling on the cells that need care, calling windows held per timezone, and both sides of every interview on separate channels for validation.
Research houses, panel operators and public-sector survey teams running CATI fieldwork.

Answer, decline or open the record from the bar in the header. Every control for a live call is up there and nowhere else.
Four things that cost you on this kind of floor.
Each answer is a mechanism with its own page, not a promise. Follow any of them if you want to see it working.
The response rate you publish is only as good as the codes behind it, and an interviewer under quota pressure will close a record with whatever ends the call fastest.
Dispositions are your own named codes grouped by reporting category, so a soft refusal is never filed with a hard one or with a non-working number. Twenty-six CRM behaviours hang off one code, so what happens to the record next follows from the code itself.
A client audit asks which interviews were monitored and which were back-checked, and a floor supervisor's memory is not evidence that an interview happened as coded.
A supervisor can listen to a live interview without the respondent hearing it, and whisper to the interviewer alone. Both sides record on separate channels, so what the respondent actually said can be set against what was keyed into the questionnaire.
Half the shift goes into a cell that filled at four o'clock, while the cell that will hold the study open sits untouched because it is the hard one.
Each open cell is a saved view with its own filters, so the list an interviewer works is the cell that still needs completes. Preview dialling shows the record first and lets the interviewer choose the moment to dial, as a low-incidence cell needs.
A number that does not answer is not a lost sale. It is a case to be coded, re-issued and attempted again, and the cost of the study is measured in those attempts.
Smart caller ID picks the number with the best answer history for that record and matches the area code being called. Business hours hold the calling window per timezone, and every attempt lands on the case with the code it ended on.
One respondent agrees to be interviewed at seven on Tuesday. Another asks never to be called again. Research sits outside the rules that bind selling, not outside that.
A callback is booked against the case at the time the respondent gave, and a confirmation text goes out only where they agreed to one, from the number that will ring. A refusal codes straight onto your internal suppression list before any further release.
