Adoptiv
The company

We built the thing we kept wishing existed.

Adoptiv came out of running outbound floors on stacks that never quite fitted. A dialer from one vendor, a CRM from another, a brittle integration in the middle, and a room full of people typing up calls at the end of the day because the two systems disagreed about what had happened.

Nobody on a floor asks for a better integration. They ask why they have to say the same thing twice. So we built one system where the phone, the record and the analysis are the same application, and the call writes itself down.

What is not here

Five things you will not find on this site.

Most of what makes a marketing site untrustworthy is not a lie. It is a set of small conventions everybody copies. We decided not to.

  • 01Borrowed logos, or a wall of brands we do not have as customers.
  • 02A percentage nobody measured. No "cut idle time by forty per cent", because we did not measure it and neither did anybody else. A commitment we make and can be held to is a different thing, and those are written as commitments.
  • 03A certification we do not hold. The SOC 2 audit is in progress and that is the whole sentence.
  • 04A screenshot of a screen the product does not have. Every panel on this site draws a mechanism that exists in the code.
  • 05A security pack you have to email for. It is published, and so is the list of what we send your data to.
What we believe

Four opinions, held on purpose.

01

The seam is the problem

Almost every complaint about calling software is really a complaint about two products pretending to be one. We would rather build the harder thing once than ship an integration and call it a platform.

02

Volume is a different sport

A tool built for a handful of inside-sales reps is solving a different problem from one that has to open four lines for every free agent and still hold an abandonment cap. We build for the floor first, and the small team gets a product that has already survived the hard case.

03

Say the limitation out loud

The SOC 2 audit is in progress and our comparison page names the cases where somebody else is the better buy. A sales cycle that starts with an accurate picture is shorter than one that starts with a flattering one.

04

Admin is not the rep’s job

Every minute a rep spends typing up what just happened is a minute the software failed to do. Automatic logging is not a convenience feature. It is the whole point.

Who it is for

Teams whose day is the phone.

Outsourced contact centres, in-house outbound floors, support desks, and growing teams who have outgrown a CRM with a call button bolted onto it.

Outsourced contact centres

They arrive asking for one platform they can partition by client, and a report they can hand a client as a link rather than a spreadsheet nobody trusts.

In-house outbound

They arrive off a dialer and a CRM that disagree with each other, wanting the pacing argument settled by arithmetic they can see on screen.

Inbound support desks

They arrive wanting to change a menu option on a Tuesday afternoon without opening a ticket with a vendor and waiting a week for it.

Revenue operations

They arrive with two reports that never match, wanting one place the numbers come from so the weekly meeting stops being a reconciliation.

How we work

What we do, rather than what we value.

Values are cheap to write. These are commitments with a cost attached, which is the only kind worth reading.

We do the migration

Send an export. You get it back loaded, with your own fields mapped and your call history dated correctly, rather than a mapping guide and good luck.

We fill in the questionnaire

Send the spreadsheet your procurement team uses. We complete it against the published pages and then get on a call with whoever has to sign it off.

You talk to a person

Including on the awkward questions. Pacing ratios, abandonment, what happens to your recordings when you leave. Those are the conversations worth having before you buy, not after.

We tell you when it is not us

If your problem is better solved by something else, we would rather say so in the first call than discover it in month four of a contract neither of us enjoys.

The company

Come and pull it apart.

Bring the awkward questions. Pacing ratios, abandonment, what migration really costs, and what happens to your recordings the day you decide to leave. That is the conversation we want to have.
