Goals & Leaderboards
A number, a window, and somebody standing against it. Attainment is worked out the moment you open it, from deals already won and work already logged, so there is nothing sitting there going stale.

How it works.
Choose the measure, the number, the window
Revenue, deals closed, calls, mail, meetings booked or activity in total, set against a day, a week, a month, a quarter, a year, or two dates of your own choosing.
Progress is read, not filed
Opening a target queries what has actually happened inside its window. Nothing is entered by hand and nothing is written back overnight, so the figure cannot drift away from the records it came from.
Pace, not only the percentage
The same read gives how much of the window has gone, the rate achieved so far, and where that rate lands by the closing date. Behind on the second of the month is a different sentence from behind on the twenty-eighth.
The board counts targets, not turnover
Ranking awards a fixed hundred for each target met plus each target's own percentage capped at a hundred, so several modest targets consistently met outrank one enormous one half done. Revenue and deals closed are the two it scores.
One moment in every record.
Every record passes through the same seven. Goals & Leaderboards is the lit one, and everything either side of it is a different page in this category.

The specifics.
7 facts- Measures
- Ten: revenue, deals closed, calls, mail, meetings, activity in total, open pipeline value, conversion rate, new business and one you name
- On a target
- Any of the ten, with a number, a window, and a person or a team to hold it
- On the board
- Revenue and deals closed are what the ranking scores. The other eight carry a target without entering it
- Windows
- Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly, or a pair of dates you set
- Pace
- Share of the window elapsed, rate so far, and where that rate finishes
- Aimed at a team
- Set on the target, and the figure is read across that team's records rather than one person's
- Money
- A currency sits on the target. Amounts are summed as they stand, never converted
What else writes to this record.
A record is worked by more than one part of the system at once. These are the ones that put something on it, or read it back.
More in Leads & Sales CRM
11 capabilitiesThe system of record the phone writes to directly - no sync job.
Individual and business records in one table, with fourteen company columns, consent flags and every touchpoint attached, held by a person, role or team.
Create the stages your floor argues about, colour them, order them and rate them hot, warm or cold, while six fixed categories keep the reporting stable.
Ten sources seeded and sealed, your own added beside them, each with a colour and a live count, and one stamped across a whole import rather than per row.
Eleven field types, all of them on the picker, with options, defaults and a section of their own, on leads, deals, products and vendors. No cap on how many.
Sort the fields you add into named sections with their own colour, order and table visibility, then grant or withhold a whole section per permission profile.
Columns, sorts, filters and layout save together and hand to a CRM role, so a new starter opens the same board instead of rebuilding it every morning.
Eighteen type-aware operators, a trigram search across seven columns, and a straight account of where a custom-field filter is resolved and what it costs.
Tick rows and reassign, export, delete or enrol them at once, filtered per record by permission, so a mixed selection returns a verdict per row.
Upload, map, review. Headers auto-map against the full field catalogue, imports stream so memory stays bounded, and a failed row never stops the run.
Matched on normalised email then phone, at the moment a record is written, so the duplicate is caught on the way in rather than found in a report later.
Calls, voicemails, emails and texts merged into one chronological history per lead, attached by the number they reached, with duration and the wrap-up code.
The rest of the platform.
Five more categories, all on the same record and the same bill. Each card names three of its capabilities, so you can tell from here whether it is worth opening.
