Ask the floor anything. Get it back in a shape you can send.
Pick the data shape, pick the visual, and swap between the visuals valid for that shape without the query running again. The board is built from your own records, not from an extract of them.

Product figures from the platform’s own defaults - not customer averages
A widget declares a shape. The visual is a separate decision. Pick a shape and the studio offers exactly the visuals valid for it. Swap between them and the query count does not move - the data is already in hand.

A dashboard nobody opens is a report. So the numbers go where the floor already looks - the wall, the inbox, the deck.
The screen that goes on the wall. Service level against target, queue depth with the longest wait, live agent states and the threshold alerts that make a supervisor walk over. It ticks because a wallboard that does not move is a poster.

Your filters are a place, not a ritual.
Columns, sorts, filters, grouping and density save together as a view. Share it with the team and everyone opens the same question - no screenshots in Slack asking which filter you used.

The number leaves the portal without leaving your control.
Author a widget once, name a slot, and it answers everywhere inside the product against the records of whoever is signed in. Handing a whole board outside is a separate act, with an expiry and a revocation you control.

Morning team - here's how the floor performed last week.
- Predictive pacing switched on Jan 12

- Token
- 32 random bytes
- At rest
- SHA-256 only - never the token
- Scope
- One dashboard, read-only
- States
- active · expired · revoked
Revoke it the moment the engagement ends.
Every link carries an expiry and can be killed on the spot. The token is 32 random bytes and only its SHA-256 is ever stored - so a leaked database does not leak a dashboard.
Everything in this category
16 capabilitiesA widget declares a data shape; the visual is a separate choice. Swap between the visuals valid for that shape and the query does not run again.
Hand a board to a team or a CRM role, at read or at edit, by the person who built it. Roles outlive people, which is why a share points at one, not a mailbox.
Columns, funnels, treemaps, radar, scatter, gauges and pivots - offered only where the data shape supports them, so no chart can misread its own data.
Build as many as the floor needs, arrange them on a grid, and give each team the one that answers their question rather than everybody's question.
Click a bar and the rest of the dashboard follows it, so the next question is asked by pointing at the answer instead of rebuilding the filter.
Wire a chart's clicks to a second dashboard. The value travels on the URL and is read by the board that was named before it paints for the first time.
Cross one dimension against another with row, column and grand totals - the shape a finance team asks for when a chart will not settle the argument.
Colour a number by the rule that matters - under target, over threshold, inside a band - so a dashboard reads correctly from across the room.
Draw the target on the chart itself, so performance is read against the number that was promised rather than against the shape of the bars.
Put a window against the one before it, or against the same window a week, month, quarter or year back, on a card as a difference or a chart as a series.
Seventeen operators in a nested and-or tree, so the report that needs two exceptions and a date range stays one widget instead of becoming three.
Group by day through year, by equal-width bands, or by breakpoints you set, each band carrying a sort key so the axis reads in bucket order.
Six palettes including a print set, pinned per widget, each carrying eight series colours plus the axis, grid, card and tooltip colours drawn around them.
Thirty-two bytes of entropy, an expiry you choose, revocation on the spot, and only the hash kept at rest, on a board that draws its figures for a reader.
Name a slot at the call site and one authored widget answers it everywhere inside the product, computed against the records of whoever is signed in.
Total calls, answered rate, average duration and missed calls, split by direction and outcome, over the call records rather than a sampled export.
The rest of the platform.
Five more categories, all on the same record and the same bill. Each card names three of its capabilities, so you can tell from here whether it is worth opening.

Tell us the number your Monday meeting argues about. We will build the widget for it during the call and hand you the share link.
