Records

A table that behaves like a table. Reorder columns by dragging them, pull an edge to resize, shift-click to stack sorts, and switch density. The sort and the filter go to the server, so the answer is the whole table rather than the page you can see.

Pipeline

Deals move by being moved. Every pipeline keeps its own stages, colours and win probability, so the stage, the timestamp and the weighted forecast all follow from one gesture.

The best CRM data is the data nobody had to enter. Every field a rep types is a field they can forget, mistype, or skip at 4:55 on a Friday.

Timeline

The history assembles itself. Calls, field changes with both readings, email, notes, comments and the deals it was attached to are read from where they already sit and interleaved by when they happened. Watch a contact's day build, and count how many entries needed a person.

Your filters are a place, not a ritual.

Columns, sorts and filters save together, then share to named people or to a whole role. “Hot leads, unclaimed, by owner” becomes a tab your team opens, not a setup somebody rebuilds every morning.

Governance

Permissions down to the field group. A role hierarchy with sharing rules over it, and whole groups of fields withheld per profile, so a BPO can run several clients on one tenant without either seeing the other.

  • Role hierarchyManagers inherit their team’s access, not the whole tenant.
  • Sharing rulesGrant across branches without flattening the hierarchy underneath.
  • Groups, not single fieldsCommercials, or diligence, withheld as a block per profile.
  • Stripped on the serverA withheld group is absent from the response, not hidden in the browser.

The permission is keyed to the group, never to a single field, so Commercial is both of its fields or neither. Hidden is hidden - a withheld group is absent from the record, the export, the report and the API response, not greyed out in the interface.

Scale

Built to be moved into, not just started in.

Moving in is the part most CRMs leave to you. It happens once, it happens under time pressure, and it is the only chance to get the shape of your data right before a floor starts working it.

We do the first one

Send the export. You get it back loaded, not a mapping guide

Your fields survive it

Anything without a home here becomes a custom field rather than a note

History arrives dated

Calls and notes keep their own timestamps, not the import’s

You see it before it lands

Every header, where it is going, and what is left over

Migration support is included on every plan

16 capabilities
Leads

Individual and business records in one table, with fourteen company columns, consent flags and every touchpoint attached, held by a person, role or team.

Deals & Pipelines

Unlimited pipelines, each with its own stages, win probability, colour and temperature. Seven seeded, and every stage change writes itself onto the deal.

Lead Stages

Create the stages your floor argues about, colour them, order them and rate them hot, warm or cold, while six fixed categories keep the reporting stable.

Lead Sources

Ten sources seeded and sealed, your own added beside them, each with a colour and a live count, and one stamped across a whole import rather than per row.

Custom Fields

Eleven field types, all of them on the picker, with options, defaults and a section of their own, on leads, deals, products and vendors. No cap on how many.

Field Groups & Layouts

Sort the fields you add into named sections with their own colour, order and table visibility, then grant or withhold a whole section per permission profile.

Saved Views

Columns, sorts, filters and layout save together and hand to a CRM role, so a new starter opens the same board instead of rebuilding it every morning.

Advanced Filtering

Eighteen type-aware operators, a trigram search across seven columns, and a straight account of where a custom-field filter is resolved and what it costs.

Bulk Actions

Tick rows and reassign, export, delete or enrol them at once, filtered per record by permission, so a mixed selection returns a verdict per row.

Bulk Import

Upload, map, review. Headers auto-map against the full field catalogue, imports stream so memory stays bounded, and a failed row never stops the run.

Duplicate Detection

Matched on normalised email then phone, at the moment a record is written, so the duplicate is caught on the way in rather than found in a report later.

Activities & Timeline

Every field change on a record with both values, beside the notes, mail, tasks and deal links against it, assembled as it happens rather than typed up later.

Touchpoints

Calls, voicemails, emails and texts merged into one chronological history per lead, attached by the number they reached, with duration and the wrap-up code.

Tasks & Reminders

Tasks with assignees, reminders, comments and templates, raised by hand or by a sequence, and the only CRM object that leaves the app to find someone.

Roles & Permissions

A role tree, sixteen org-level flags, per-entity CRUD and sharing rules across branches - so a BPO runs several clients on one tenant, safely.

Goals & Leaderboards

Ten measures over six windows, with attainment read from won deals and logged work the moment you open the target rather than filed by hand or overnight.

Leads & Sales CRM

See your own pipeline in it.

Send a slice of your leads and deals. We will import them, dial one live, and you can watch the stage, the note and the next step land without anyone typing.
