Broadcast

One message, the whole list, at once. A recorded message or one generated from text, sent to everyone on a list without an agent placing a call. Machine detection decides whether a person hears it live or it lands as a voicemail, and a keypress puts someone straight through to a human.

AI agent

An agent that answers, qualifies and hands over. It takes inbound calls and works outbound campaigns from the same configuration, captures fields into the record while it talks, picks the disposition at the end, and transfers a warm caller to a person rather than dropping them.

  • Captures into the recordFields land on the lead during the call, not from a summary afterwards.
  • Picks the dispositionThe same codes your people use, so reporting does not split in two.
  • Hands over warmA qualified caller is transferred to a human queue, not returned to a menu.
  • Every call reviewableFull transcript per session, scored by the same rubric as a person.

Ada Thanks for calling Adoptiv, this is Ada. What can I help you with?

Caller I want to know if you can handle about forty seats.

Ada We can. Are those all outbound, or a mix with inbound support?

Caller Mostly outbound. We do collections.

Escalation rule

The agent hands over the moment a call reaches something it should not advise on. The person picks up with the transcript, the captured fields and the reason for the transfer already on screen.

Watching for the trigger…

Volume is not the hard part of outbound. Reaching people who will answer, staying inside rules that change by state, and knowing which of your calls were any good are the hard parts, and they are the three things a dialer on its own will never tell you.

Calling rules

Fifty states, and whatever your counsel adds. Calling-hour rules for every state and DC, maintained rather than typed into a spreadsheet, with your own tighter rules layered on top. Abandonment is tracked against the three per cent ceiling on a rolling window so a drift is visible before it is a breach.

  • Per state and DCWindows, consent expectations and do-not-call mechanics, kept current.
  • Your rules on topTighter windows per campaign, consent tiers per list, stacked not overwritten.
  • Abandonment trackedAgainst the ceiling, on a rolling window, with the trend beside it.
  • Compare before you scaleTwo campaigns side by side on drop rate and window risk.
Trip a check - the gate runs before the dialClear to dial

Every check passes, so the call places. The same checks run on calls coming in, and on calls another system asks for.

Number health

Your numbers are stock, and stock wears out. Answer rate per number over time, spam-label and CNAM status read from carrier databases, a warm-up ramp so a new number is not thrown at a full list on day one, and rotation that rests one going cold instead of burning it out.

Follow-up

The cadence carries the call, not just the mail. A call step sits on the same canvas as the sends, raising a task on whoever owns the record, and the outcome the rep logs is what the next branch reads. So a cadence stops being a mail schedule with phone calls remembered around it.

  • The call is a stepNot a reminder beside the sequence. It waits for nothing and hands over a task.
  • Branches on the outcomeInterested, not interested, or anything else, taken from what the rep logged.
  • One canvasSends, waits, branches and call tasks on the same graph, published as a version.
  • Suppression is read twiceAt the door, and again in the instant before a send is claimed.
