Every conversation on a line you can produce
A business text is a business record, and the firm that cannot produce it is the firm with the problem. Adoptiv keeps the call and the message on numbers you control, on the client's record, with a written trail of who supervised what.
Lenders, brokerages, wealth managers and mortgage teams carrying a written supervision obligation.

Supervisor joins are written to the call record with who joined, when, and in which mode.
Four things that cost you on this kind of floor.
Each answer is a mechanism with its own page, not a promise. Follow any of them if you want to see it working.
A client texts their adviser, the adviser answers from a personal handset because nothing else was offered, and the firm's archive never learns the exchange happened.
Reps text from the same firm numbers they call on, threaded per client and landing on that client's record beside the calls. The channel a client prefers stops being the channel you cannot see, because the message never leaves the system of record.
A regulator asks for one conversation from fourteen months ago, and the search starts with somebody trying to remember which rep took it.
Reps work from firm extensions and a browser softphone, so the call lands on your line rather than theirs. Both sides record to separate channels, findable by number, rep, date and disposition, with the transcript sitting beside each recording.
Supervision has to be evidenced in writing. A principal standing behind a rep evidences nothing, and an annual branch inspection cannot reach a floor of live calls.
Live monitoring shows every call in progress. A principal can listen without being heard, whisper to the rep alone, or join outright, moving between the three without dropping. Scoring and QA leave who reviewed it, what they reviewed and when.
A client says the word complaint out loud at minute nine of the call. It reaches nobody's log, then surfaces at the ombudsman or in the quarterly filing.
The code the rep presses writes the timeline entry on the client record, opens a task with the response clock already running, and branches the case in front of compliance. Sentiment flags the calls where the word was said and no code followed.
An unlicensed assistant cannot discuss a recommendation, and a loan officer cannot originate in a state they hold no licence in. The queue knows none of this.
Skills-based routing matches the caller to a rep holding the right licence, state registration or product authorisation. The call flow plays the recorded-line notice first, and a warm transfer brings a licensed rep on before any advice starts.
The SOC 2 audit has not completed. Calls and texts are captured on the record, but there is no retention window, no legal hold and no export built for an exam request, so production is still a manual job. The security page states what exists today rather than implying more. Read it before you evaluate.
