Voice Broadcasting
One message, recorded by you or spoken from your text, placed to a whole list at once with nobody dialling and nobody sat waiting to talk. A person hears it live, an answerphone has it dropped, and a keypress is the only route to a human.

How it works.
Build the message once
Upload a recording, or type the words and have them spoken back, with the recipient's name merged into the line. Import the list, cut it into the segment you want reached, and that one message covers everybody on it.
The campaign places the calls
It works down the list on the schedule you set in each recipient's timezone, presenting the caller ID you chose, and comes back around to the numbers that did not land at the redial interval you set.
Classed before a word plays
Detection separates a live person from an answerphone at the moment something picks up. A person hears the message where they stand; a machine has it dropped into voicemail rather than left with dead air.
A keypress is the only way
Press one to be put through to somebody, press a key to confirm, or answer a survey question on the keypad. Until a recipient does that, no seat is occupied and no headset has rung.
Two moments in every call.
Every call passes through the same seven. Voice Broadcasting is the lit ones, and everything either side of it is a different page in this category.

The specifics.
8 facts- Message
- A recording you upload, or text spoken back with the contact's name merged in
- Machine handling
- Each pickup is classed person or answerphone; an answerphone takes the drop
- Keypad
- One key to be transferred, one to confirm, one per answer on a survey
- Scheduling
- Send windows per recipient timezone; redial attempts and gap set per campaign
- Caller ID
- Picked per campaign from the numbers you hold, and presented on every attempt
- Reporting
- Delivery and keypresses while it runs, then written back against each contact
- Opt-out
- An opt-out route is required of you, and consent rules differ by region
- Not a dialer
- No pacing, no lines per agent, no abandon ceiling, because nobody is waiting
What runs alongside it.
Volume calling is several controls working at once, not one dial turned up. These are the others.

An agent that answers inbound and qualifies outbound, captures fields into the record mid-call, picks a disposition, and hands a warm caller to a human.
You write the rubric and the model scores the call. Weighted scorecards, instant-fail items, sampling rules, and coaching notes with the quote attached.
