Deals & Pipelines

A deal is the money and the date. A pipeline is the run of stages it crosses to get there, and because each stage carries its own odds, where something sits is already most of a forecast.

Every pipeline keeps its own stages, order, colours and probabilities. A deal carries the pipeline it belongs to, so two teams can run entirely different shapes without agreeing on one.

The mechanism

How it works.

01

Every stage is a number

A stage holds a win probability from nought to a hundred, a colour, its place in the order and a temperature marker. Prospecting starts at ten and Negotiation at eighty in the seeded run, which is sealed. Your own figures go on a pipeline you build.

02

Two ways to be finished

Closed-won and closed-lost are separate switches rather than one ending, so a pipeline you build can carry several terminal stages and a deal's outcome is not inferred from where it sits in the list.

03

The deal names the room

People attach to a deal with a part to play: decision maker, influencer, champion, blocker or user, and one gets marked primary. So a deal with four names on it still says who to ring first.

04

A move leaves a line

Changing the stage writes an entry against the deal naming the field that moved and who moved it, so the history of a slipped quarter survives on the deal itself rather than in anybody's recollection.

Where it sits

One moment in every record.

Every record passes through the same seven. Deals & Pipelines is the lit one, and everything either side of it is a different page in this category.

Seeded
One pipeline of seven stages, Prospecting through to Closed Lost
Per stage
Win probability, colour, position in the order, and a temperature marker

The seeded one
Sealed. Its stages take no edit, no addition and no removal. Build your own
Count
No ceiling on pipelines or on the stages of one you made yourself
Value
An amount to two decimals with its own currency code per deal
Reasons
Won and lost reasons are separate fields. Only the lost one carries notes
Held by

11 capabilities

The system of record the phone writes to directly - no sync job.

Lead Sources

Ten sources seeded and sealed, your own added beside them, each with a colour and a live count, and one stamped across a whole import rather than per row.

Custom Fields

Eleven field types, all of them on the picker, with options, defaults and a section of their own, on leads, deals, products and vendors. No cap on how many.

Field Groups & Layouts

Sort the fields you add into named sections with their own colour, order and table visibility, then grant or withhold a whole section per permission profile.

Saved Views

Columns, sorts, filters and layout save together and hand to a CRM role, so a new starter opens the same board instead of rebuilding it every morning.

Advanced Filtering

Eighteen type-aware operators, a trigram search across seven columns, and a straight account of where a custom-field filter is resolved and what it costs.

Bulk Actions

Tick rows and reassign, export, delete or enrol them at once, filtered per record by permission, so a mixed selection returns a verdict per row.

Bulk Import

Upload, map, review. Headers auto-map against the full field catalogue, imports stream so memory stays bounded, and a failed row never stops the run.

Duplicate Detection

Matched on normalised email then phone, at the moment a record is written, so the duplicate is caught on the way in rather than found in a report later.

Touchpoints

Calls, voicemails, emails and texts merged into one chronological history per lead, attached by the number they reached, with duration and the wrap-up code.

Tasks & Reminders

Tasks with assignees, reminders, comments and templates, raised by hand or by a sequence, and the only CRM object that leaves the app to find someone.

Roles & Permissions

A role tree, sixteen org-level flags, per-entity CRUD and sharing rules across branches - so a BPO runs several clients on one tenant, safely.
